Barron Hilton reportedly plans to sue Lindsay Lohan, insisting that she ordered Ray LeMoine to beat him up at a party last week.
The hotel heir alleges that Lohan was behind the attack that left Hilton bloody on Friday; LeMoine says he struck Hilton because he refused to leave the premises and then started a physical altercation.
Now, according to TMZ, Hilton plans to take legal action against Lohan, despite LeMoine’s denial that Lohan had anything to do with the fight.
Hilton’s older sister Paris, meanwhile, has issued a warning to Lohan on an Instagram picture of her sibling’s battered face, writing, “No one f*cks with my family and gets away with it!”
