Justin Bieber Avoids Prosecution In Toronto Limo Driver Assault Case

Justin Bieber has managed to escape more of his legal troubles.
The fight-prone pop star is no longer facing assault charges involving a run-in with a Toronto limousine driver back in December.
At that time, police alleged that the 20-year-old struck the driver in the back of the head several times after he refused to turn up the volume on the car’s radio.
Prosecutors announced Monday that after interviewing witnesses and reviewing surveillance tapes that “it is our view that there is not a reasonable prospect of conviction in this matter.”
They cited the fact that there were a number of people seated behind the driver at the time the incident occurred and that they couldn’t firmly establish that Bieber was the one throwing the punches.
But that doesn’t mean the Biebs has all of his Canadian legal woes behind him.  Just last week the petulant singer was charged with assault after getting into a brawl following an accident with a van driver while driving his ATV in Stratford, Ontario. assault
