Amber Heard is NOT pregnant, despite a new tabloid cover story falsely claiming she’s carrying Johnny Depp’s baby. Extreme Entertainment can debunk the report. Heard is NOT expecting.
But that didn’t stop Star from blaring “Depp Divorce Shocker!” and “Amber Pregnant!” on the cover of Wednesday’s new issue. The accompanying story is a little less definitive, stating that “Amber could be pregnant with Johnny’s baby” (emphasis ours). The article goes on to say Depp “‘would flip out’ if the pregnancy rumors turn out to be true.”
Of course, it’s the magazine that’s starting those “rumors.” And a so-called “insider” is quoted as speculating, “Amber would definitely fight tooth and nail to get full custody — and she’d be able to use the child to grab even more money in her divorce settlement.” The alleged tipster adds of the estranged couple, “One minute they were supposedly in love, and the next they’re practically at war. It’s be a terrible situation to bring a baby into.”
Yes, it would, but that’s not going to happen. This “shocking new twist to the ongoing saga” is completely made up. Heard is NOT pregnant. And Star knows that, which is why it couched its outrageous claims with phrases like “if the whispers are true.”
Well, they’re NOT. And frankly, Depp and Heard’s divorce situation is difficult and complicated enough without outlets like Star fabricating extra drama. The tabloid should be ashamed.
