Justin Bieber isn’t going to take these paternity claims lightly or in stride. As soon as he returns to the United States, he will take a DNA test to prove he isn’t the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby boy.

Then he’s going to sue Mariah and her attorneys for making false allegations. A source told People:

“It’s disappointing that people would stoop so low, but somebody needs to stand up to them. It’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We’ll vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and to hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions.”

Mariah’s attorneys told TMZ:

“We are encouraged that Justin Bieber will voluntarily take the paternity test. That is the only way to definitively determine who the father is. The paternity suit was filed in good faith and it will continue despite the threats.”
