It probably isn’t the first time these two were in a bidding war over an artist. Katy Perry was pretty popular among the hip-hop moguls over the Oscar weekend.
KATY PERRY must feel like a bit like cartoon temptress Smurfette now that she’s single again. Although hip-hop impresario Sean (Diddy) Combs spent part of the Vanity Fair after-party hanging with reported girlfriend Cameron Diaz, he sure seemed mesmerized by Perry later as he talked with the blue-haired babe and “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane. Who knows, maybe Diddy just wants to do business with the pop diva. That’s probably why fellow mogul Russell Simmons asked Perry for her phone number at the Weinstein pre-Oscar party on Saturday.
Gross and Grosser. We know Katy has done black — but after Travie McCoy we’re not sure she wants to go back. Remember that “Circle The Drain” song?
Still, who wants to mess with an old dried up yogified prune face like BDR or be sixth woman off the bench in Diddy’s lineup?
