Justin Bieber is a fighter and ready to battle his way to the top — or at least get bloody trying. In the April issue of Complex, Biebs gets in the ring and takes several punches in the artsy, bloody photo shoot.
Having debuted as a teen pop sensation, the 18-year-old singer is ready to make his best music yet, sticking to hit pop roots but debuting a more mature sound to reach a bigger audience. He opens up, admitting:
“There’s no point in doing this if I’m not going to be the best. I give up a personal life. I give up my friends and family to pursue what I love and to make my fans happy. Why would I give up so much to be just another singer?”
