Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI on early Friday morning,Gossip Cop has confirmedexclusively.
The actress was busted in West Hollywood and is still in custody, police tell us.
Bynes’ troubles began at 3 A.M., when she side-swiped a cop car in a failed attempt to pass by it.
The police subsequently pulled her over, and took her in for suspicion of DUI.
Bail has been set at $5,000.
Last month, Bynes was pulled over by police in Los Angeles for talking on her cell phone – and then sped away.
