Mary Murphy Lawsuit Claims SYTYCD Judge Is “Cocaine-Fueled Nymphomaniac”

Mary Murphy of “So You Think You Can Dance” is the subject of some very serious allegations in a lawsuit filed by her former manager.
Michael Sanchez of Axis Management is suing the dance judge for breach of contract and seeking more than $1 million in commissions and damages.
The specifics in Sanchez’s complaint are raising some eyebrows.
Murphy’s former manager, who represented her between 2006 and 2010, claims her “increasingly self-absorbed, childish and demanding behavior” caused numerous problems behind the scenes at “So You Think You Can Dance” and in other endeavors.
Sanchez calls Murphy a “desperate, cocaine-fueled nymphomaniac” whose out-of-control habits included “prescription and illegal drug abuse” that negatively affected Murphy’s performance in meetings and publicity appearances.
He also alleges that Murphy engaged in “many inappropriate sexual relationships” with crew members on “So You Think You Can Dance” and “Chelsea Lately” — along with other men including a “drug dealer,” a “married U.S. Naval officer” and a “faux prince.”
Sanchez cites one alleged incident in Sydney, Australia, where a “cocaine-fueled evening of partying” resulted in Murphy supposedly being found in her hotel suite, “high on drugs, in bed with a ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ producer.”
Wow.
Sanchez also says Murphy would drink during “So You Think You Can Dance” tapings, disguising her booze in a Coke cup, and violated FOX regulations by secretly advising contestants behind the scenes.
And that’s still not all.
Among numerous other attention-grabbing claims, Sanchez says Murphy was affected by “bitter jealousy” toward “SYTYCD” choreographer Mia Michaels; had “multiple, secret operations” as a result of a plastic surgery “addiction;” and that Murphy’s “desperate thirst for fame caused her to lie about and/or fake illness or injury.”
Murphy’s camp had “no comment” on Sanchez’s lawsuit, although Gossip Cop hears that Murphy’s side has filed a response in court.
Interestingly, the suit’s filing nearly coincides with the “So You Think You Can Dance” season premiere on May 24.
