Rob Kardashian pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to misdemeanor battery and petty theft after allegedly striking a paparazzo, and removing the memory card from her camera in March.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star was said to have become annoyed when the photographer, identified as Kassandra Perez, took pictures of him shirtless, after allegedly following him from a gym to a Beverly Hills parking garage.
It was there that he took the memory card, and is accused of having hit Perez.
Kardashian was accompanied in court by attorney Robert Shapiro, who, along with the reality star’s late father, famously epresented O.J. Simpson.
