Kanye West ruined Kim Kardashian’s baby shower, claims Star, happily picking up a lame rumor from its unreliable sister publication RadarOnline.
Star has no actual special insight into last weekend’s event, so it mostly recycles the same old themes about West being upset that Kardashian is a reality TV star and alleges he “seemed hell-bent on darkening the festive mood.”
“Kanye totally buzzkilled the baby shower! He definitely seemed unhappy,” a so-called “insider” tells the tabloid. “He appeared to be really annoyed by Kim and her family and didn’t have much to do with her.”
The Star source adds, “Kanye did not want to be there. He refused to interact with the cameras when it came to filming for the show.”
Uh-huh.
In other words, the same publication that falsely claimed back in April that West had all but abandoned Kardashian is still trying to stir drama.
And after the tabloid press wrongly declared that West had “refused” to attend the baby shower, outlets were forced to water down their allegations, instead claiming that he was “unhappy” to be there.
It’s time for Star and other controversy-starved rumor mongers to give it a rest.
A source close to the family tells Gossip Cop the couple had a “great time” at Kardashian’s shower, and calls the continued rumors of trouble “nonsense.”
