Paris Jackson Suicide Attempt Leads Judge to Order Investigation Into Welfare

A judge has ordered an investigation into Paris Jackson’s well-being after the 15-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson was hospitalized following an apparent suicide attempt.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff, who approved grandmother Katherine and cousin TJ as Paris’ co-guardians, has asked a probate court investigator to look into the teenager’s “health, education and welfare” and make recommendations about her living situation.
Jackson was reportedly placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold following the scare, during which she allegedly left a suicide note, cut her forearm with a meat cleaver, and swallowed a large quantity of Motrin pills.
Hours after the incident, an attorney for the Jackson family declared that Paris was“physically fine and getting appropriate medical attention.”
Now the court investigation will determine whether Jackson’s situation is healthy and safe.
