A photographer who was Keeping Up With A Kardashian just gave Rob a gift that he won’t soon forget.
Kassandra Perez, whose real name is Andra Viak, dropped the battery and petty theft charges against the reality TV and on Thursday the judge dismissed the two misdemeanors.
Kassandra was photographing a shirtless Rob coming out of a West Hollywood gym in March and since he admittedly gained 40 pounds, Rob didn’t want his picture taken so he tried to destroy it. He allegedly attacked her and destroyed her camera equipment.
Although the DA’s office wanted to go forward with the charges, the photographer signed a declaration saying she didn’t want to prosecute so the judge dismissed it.
