Lil Wayne confessed on Katie on Monday that he was doing too much Sizzurp, a dangerous combination of a Jolly Rancher, cough syrup and soda.

“I was doing it too much,” the rapper admitted. Although he didn’t blame the Sizzurp for his seizure in March, his doctor and mother told him to stop taking the controversial drink. So he did.

Wayne says his seizure — which was the first one he had since he was a young child — was caused by “dehydration, working too much and no sleep.”
