Carrie Underwood is one of the most beloved country stars in America, but yet she feared Twitter would expose her to a lot of hate.

The American Idol winner told Tanner in the Morning, “It really scared me for a long time cause I was like ‘You mean people can just tell me they hate me?’”

Who would like that?

But the “See You Again” singer changed her mind because of husband, Mike Fisher. ”I saw my husband navigate through it and I learned about the block button so … I’m cool,” she said.

And since she joined the social media network, she’s only had an outpouring of love especially in wake of the new concert DVD release, The Blown Away Tour:Live.
