Disney’s Frozen has surpassed The Hunger Games: Catching Fire to win out this weekend’s box office with a $31.6 million gross!
According to THR, the animated flick, starring the voices of Kristen Bell and Jonathan Groff, raised its worldwide total to $190.2 million.
In second place was The Hunger Games: Catching Fire – starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, and Liam Hemsworth – bringing in an additional $27 million domestically, and adding to its worldwide gross of $673.4 million.
Coming at No. 3 was the new Christian Bale thriller Out of the Furnace, which earned an underwhelming $5.3 million.
Rounding out the top five were the Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman-led sequel Thor: The Dark World and Vince Vaughn‘s Delivery Man, bringing in $4.7 million and $3.8 million, respectively.
