The Iggy Azalea sex tape saga continues.
As Extreme Entertainment previously reported, the “Fancy” rapper’s camp initially denied she was the woman in explicit footageobtained by porn companyVivid Entertainment.
Her lawyers then changed their stance, claiming that if such a tape exists, Azalea was underage when it was shot, and without her knowledge to boot.
Azalea’s alleged tape partner Jefe Wine, however, has come out saying she was 18 when they began dating, and consented to making the tape.
Now Azalea’s team is taking a new approach, threatening a lawsuit if the video is released using her name, reports TMZ.
According to the performer’s lawyers, “Iggy” is trademarked, which would make it illegal for a third party to market something using the word.
Azalea’s birth name is Amethyst Kelly.
TMZ further says the star, now 24, feels “betrayed” by ex Wine, who has claimed that he didn’t shop the footage — but his computer was recently stolen.
