Ken Jennings Of Jeopardy! Under Fire For Wheelchair Joke On Twitter

Ken Jennings is under fire for making an offensive wheelchair joke.
The most famous “Jeopardy!” champion might be a smart guy — but he made a really questionable decision on Twitter on Monday.
Jennings wrote, “Nothing sadder than a hot person in a wheelchair.
The seemingly out-of-nowhere tweet created instant controversy, with many of Jennings’ followers slamming him for his “hurtful” and “disappointing” joke.
“This is disappointing as hell, Ken. You’re smarter than this. Or maybe you’re not. WTF, dude,” wrote one user.
Another commented, “To any young people out there with a disability, you are perfect just the way you are. Ken Jennings can stick my walking stick up his bum.”
“@KenJennings Wow. There are so many awful things about that sentence I don’t even know where to start,” said a third observer. “Maybe rethink this one.”
The quiz whiz didn’t delete or apologize for the message, but when someone wrote, “Probably your best,” Jennings replied, “The Internet does not agree.”
What do you think of Jennings’ joke?
