“The Simpsons” cast and some special friends staged a live musical event at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Friday to mark the 25th anniversary of the beloved series.
Some of the best-known songs from the show’s history were performed — including “The Stonecutters’ Song” and music fromStop the Planet of the Apes, I Want to Get Off!— but perhaps nothing was as great as former writer Conan O’Brien filling in for the late Phil Hartman and performing “The Monorail Song.”
For “Simpsons” fans, it’s pretty cool.
