The Kardashians head to the northeast in the newly released trailer for “Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons.”

The clip from the spin-off series exploresKhloe Kardashian’s romance with French Montana, as well as Kourtney Kardashian’s third pregnancy, and her relationship struggles with Scott Disick, who returns to his partying ways, and is eventually hospitalized with alcohol poisoning.
In the upcoming season, Disick finds himself banned from their Hampton’s home until he decides to get sober.
“Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons” premieres on E! this November.
