Sarah Jessica Parker “Demanding” $50 Million To Star In Sex and the City 3?

Sarah Jessica Parker is NOT “demanding” $50 million to star in a third Sex and the City movie, despite an absurd claim. Extreme Entertainment can exclusively bust this rumor, which began on the cheap pages of one of the tabloids this week. A source close to the actress tells Extreme Entertainment it’s not true at all, and it’s unclear whether the film will be made anyway.
According to a (TOTALLY FAKE) source for the National Enquirer, “Even though Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis are all dying to revive the enormously popular worldwide franchise, Sarah Jessica’s pouring cold water on the deal by demanding that hot-to-trot New Line Cinema fork over her $50 mil.” And in case that quote, complete with the other stars’ full names and other ridiculous language, didn’t sound made up, the tabloid quotes its “Sex Spy” as further saying, “[Parker] thinks she’s worth it because the first two films grossed a whopping $703 million! You can imagine the other girls’ reaction to SJP’s whopping demand, but let’s face it — without her, there’s no ‘Sex and the City,’ PERIOD!”
As Extreme Entertainment previously reported, it is highly unlikely a third Sex and the City will go into production. But it has NOTHING to do with the Enquirer’s false claim of Sarah Jessica Parker “demanding” a salary of $50 million. Our source calls the latest tale from the tabloid “stupid nonsense.”
