Anna Kendrick and Aubrey Plaza appeared on Tuesday’s “Good Morning America,” during which they made some outrageous sex jokes while talking about their new movie, Mike And Dave Need Wedding Dates. Watch the full “GMA” interview below!
In the upcoming comedy, the actresses play wild party girls who pretend to be classy ladies in order to be brought to Hawaii by two brothers (Zac Efron and Adam Devine) who need nice dates for their sister’s wedding. On the morning talk show, Plaza explained that her character wants to help Kendrick “go on the prowl” in Hawaii after she’s been left at the altar.
“She wants to get her laid basically,” Kendrick said about her co-star. “You’re like my pimp.” Plaza joked, “Yeah, I’m her pimp, and we’re hustlers. We’re like scam artists. We’re always scheming.” Kendrick explained, “We just want to ruin Zac Efron’s life, basically. But in a fun way.”
When asked if they learned any lessons about being good wedding dates, Kendrick admitted, “No, because in this movie we ruin a wedding.” Instead, the actresses learned how not to behave at a marriage ceremony, which includes “giving the bride illicit drugs” and “taking ecstasy and running around naked with horses.” Kendrick added, “Nothing involving dildos or happy endings. That should be avoided.” Plaza then brought the racy humor up a notch by offering, “[Don’t] finger someone’s cousin in a steam shower. Can you say that on TV?”
Also during their segment, Kendrick and Plaza admitted to being “super fans” of “The Bachelorette,” and offered their opinion of some of this season’s contestants. Watch the “GMA” interview below!
