Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are not house-hunting for a new place in California, despite an inaccurate tabloid report. Extreme Entertainment can exclusively bust this claim. We’re told it’s “not true.”
According to In Touch, Stefani and Shelton are looking to buy a house together.A so-called “source” tells the tabloid that “they’ve both fallen in love with Ojai, Calif., which is a 90-minute drive from Beverly Hills, and have found several properties that they really like.” The questionable “source” goes on to claim that Blake likes the rural feel of Ojai because it reminds him of his Oklahoma ranch. “He’d love a place where they could have horses since Gwen’s sons [Kingston, 10, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2] love riding.”
But that’s not all. The tabloid further alleges that 46-year-old Stefani is looking to fill the new home with more children. “She thinks it would be a great place for them to get pregnant, and Blake agrees,” says magazine’s “source” about the couple’s supposed real-estate prospects. “They’re both excited to buy this hideaway and maybe start expanding their family.”
But this homespun tale is untrue, much like In Touch’s wrong claims about Stefani and Shelton expecting a baby, which Extreme Entertainment has repeatedly corrected. We’re told the couple is not house-hunting, and Stefani has no plans to uproot her kids from their schools to move to Ojai. A source close to Stefani tells Extreme Entertainment the tabloid’s tale is 100 percent “not true.”
