Richard Simmons Transition To Woman Claim NOT True

Richard Simmons has NOT transitioned into a woman named Fiona, despite an untrue tabloid cover story. Extreme Entertainment can exclusively bust this claim. We’re told it’s a “complete fabrication.”

According to the National Enquirer, Simmons has already begun sex reassignment surgery. A so-called “pal” of the fitness guru tells the supermarket tabloid that Simmons always felt like there was a woman “trapped inside of him.” The supposed source claims, “He had a boob job, and his breasts are like he had been taking hormones to make them grow.”

The tabloid also alleges Simmons has consulted with doctors about a “castration.” Its dubious source says that while Simmons hasn’t fully transitioned into a woman quite yet, he’s considering having “a vagina built by doctors.” The magazine’s questionable insider goes on to claim that Simmons’ brother, Leonard, is upset about his supposed transitioning because “they both grew up Catholic… Leonard thought it was inappropriate that Richard go to church as Fiona.”

Simmons’s alleged “friend” further tells the Enquirer that the TV personality plans to publicly debut “Fiona” soon, adding, “Once [fans] meet her, I know they’ll love Fiona, too!” However,Extreme Entertainment checked in with a rep for Simmons, who exclusively assures us the tabloid’s transition claim is a “complete fabrication” and simply “not true.” Simmons undoubtedly has a flamboyant persona and has often dressed in drag for fun over the years, but the magazine’s assertion that he’s “now a woman” is completely false.
