Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Custody Agreement Temporarily Reached

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reached a temporary custody agreement on Friday. The deal, which was made through the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, includes new stipulations involving their six kids.
As per the terms of the three-week contract, Jolie gets full physical custody of their children, while Pitt will be granted visitation rights. However, the actor’s first visit will be overseen by a therapist, who will then decide if the actor can have his subsequent meetings go unmonitored. Pitt will also be subject to random drug and alcohol testing, while both he and Jolie must undergo individual counseling, in addition to family counseling with their children.
The Department of Children and Family Services will then decide in three weeks if the custody agreement will have to be amended or turned over to the court. As Extreme Entertainment reported, Jolie requested sole physical custody of all six children following an incident on board an international flight earlier this month. Pitt reportedly put his hands on 15-year-old son Maddox during an argument, however the actor vehemently denies allegations of child abuse, for which he’s being investigated as a result of an anonymous complaint being filed. Extreme Entertainment will have more Pitt and Jolie divorce updates as the story further develops.
