E! News is reporting that Beyonce and Jay-Z are the parents of a baby girl (the rumor was true after all)! Jay-Z reportedly is telling friends their daughter will be named Blue Ivy Carter (note: some are sayingIvy Blue Carter).
Although there hasn’t been an official announcement from their reps (that really isn’t their style, is it?), Russell Simmons and Rihanna have sent out congratulatory tweets.
