The 29-year-old actress debuted a shocking new look last night outside The Box in London, where she was sporting a short, buzzed haircut.
The new look is for her role as Fantine in the upcoming movie version of "Les Miserables."
Hathaway isn't the only one who had to crop her hair for the flick -- co-star Hugh Jackman also buzzed her hair to play Jean Valjean.
