The pop star will promote his new album “Believe” with a trek across the U.S. and Canada, featuring Carly Rae Jepsen.
Justin Bieber is hitting the road.
In his journey to promote his fourth studio album, Believe, the 18-year-old singer has announced a North American tour to kick off September 29 in Glendale, Ariz. The 44-city trek includes two Los Angeles performances (Oct. 2 and 3 at the Staples Center), in addition to stops in Las Vegas, New York, Toronto, Miami, New Orleans, Nashville, Salt Lake City, Calgary, Dallas and more.
The Believe tour is presented by AEG Live and will feature “Call Me Maybe” singer – and Bieber protégé – Carly Rae Jepsen as the opening act. Tickets will be available for presale on May 23 via Bieber’s fan club, BieberFever.com, and on May 24 via American Express. The general public can purchase tickets beginning June 1 in Canada and June 2 in the U.S.
In true Bieber fashion, the pop phenom has opted to give back with every ticket sold. $1 from each ticket will be donated to Pencils of Promise, the Adam Braun-led charity organization, which works to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world.
Bieber first announced the tour during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, in which he provided the entire studio audience with a pair of tickets to the show courtesy of American Express.
Below, find a complete list of tour dates. Bieber’s highly anticipated Believe is set to debut on June 19, featuring special guest appearances from Ludacris, Nicki Minaj, Drake and Big Sean.
