Kim Zolciak is calling b.s. on a batch of pictures purportedly showing her smoking a cigarette while pregnant on Thursday.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star reportedly sent a cease and desist letter to the photo agency accusing them of defamation because she says the pics were in reality taken some time ago.
TMZ says Zolciak also claims the paparazzo was trespassing on private property when the smoking photos were taken.
The reality star tweeted on Friday, “There are ALOT of things I let slide HOWEVER misleading accusations and claims I will NOT tolerate! My legal team will handle from here.”
