Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have reportedly separated after a failed intervention to get the athlete into treatment for an alleged secret drug addiction.
The NBA star is said to have been hiding a serious addiction to crack cocaine for the last two years, a situation that recently came to a head when Kardashian reportedly told her family what was going on.
When Odom allegedly resisted the family’s intervention attempts last week, Kardashian reportedly threw him out of their home.
Now, says TMZ, the couple is separated, with divorce a possibility.
It’s worth noting that neither party has legally filed for separation at this time, and reps for the family have repeatedly refused to comment on the situation.
As Extreme Entertainment previously reported, Kardashian took to Twitter on Sunday to lash out at the speculation surrounding the state of her marriage, writing, “Really hard to sit here and listen to people talk s**t about my family!”
“F**k you and shame on you! I’m too protective for this s**t,” she added.
