Two and A Half Men’s Jon Cryer took time out of the Nautica Mailibu Triathalon on Sunday to show his wife and his child

After going on an 18 mile bike ride, Jon took off his biking shoes and changed to sneakers for the four mile run.

But before going onto the track, Jon went the opposite direction to give his wife, Lisa Joyner and their child a kiss.
Jon was obviously grateful that he had a non-eventful bike ride, because last year — he crashed his bike near Leo Carrillo State Park. He tweeted, “Just finished the Nautica Malibu Triathlon and I DID NOT CRASH!!!”
He added, “: MY NIPPLES ARE SCREAMING!!!!”
