The reality TV star shows off her golden teeth for the new CR Fashion Book from Carine Roitfeld.
Kardashian posed for a series of similarly intense pictures for the shoot back in May, while she was still pregnant with North West.
Her “grills” image — photographed by Karl Lagerfeld— is used as the cover for the CR Fashion Book’s third issue.
Kardashian is just the latest celebrity to flash grills.
