Lamar Odom was formally charged with one count of driving under the influence on Friday.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on September 27.
Khloe Kardashian’s basketball player husband was arrested for drunk driving on August 30, when police noticed his car going too slowly on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles.
Odom failed multiple field sobriety tests, but refused to submit to a blood alcohol test while in custody, guaranteeing that he’ll lose his driver’s license for one year.
Officers reportedly believe that Odom was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol at the time of his arrest.
