The 19-year-old One Direction singer played a few rounds before heading into the water, where he was sure not to get his new ink wet.
Band mate Louis Tomlinson is also pictured below, grabbing a bite to eat at Catalina restaurant in Sydney while Zayn Malik was seen exiting a hotel.
Zayn actually got to spend some time with fiancee Perrie Edwards, who is in town for a tour with her band, Little Mix.
