Hollywood A-lister and Entourage producer Mark Wahlberg has made a cool $8 million profit from selling his massive Beverly Hills mansion.
The Oscar nominated actor just sold the 11,500 square feet, seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, property which boasted a pool with a waterfall for $12.995 million.
Not bad considering Marky Mark originally bought the property for $4.950 million back in November 2001.
The 42-year-old star and his wife Rhea Durham are all set to move into a custom built massive 30,000 square feet mega mansion in nearby gated Beverly Park after they splashed-out $8.250 million on a parcel of land in the star studded enclave back in 2009.
