Miley Cyrus is all smiles as she shows off her bare midriff while making her way into her Bangerz Album Release Party held at Finale on Tuesday (October 8) in New York City.
Earlier in the day, the 20-year-old entertainer met a bunch of her fans at her Bangerz Album Signing held at Planet Hollywood Times Square.
