A hot topic on the web Thursday was video of Selena Gomez tearing up and crying while singing Love Will Remember Wednesday night at a concert in Brooklyn. Many speculated the tears were because she might have been thinking about ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber.
After all, the 21-year-old has said in the past that “obviously Love Will Remember is a personal song to me and I don’t really need to say anything. I think my fans will get it. I think people will figure it out themselves….I’m sure he (Bieber) will too.”
Except is it all an act?
We’re going with the tears likely being a great addition to the emotional performance. Because searching around, she cries during that song on a regular basis. She did it both nights in Brooklyn, and has done it everywhere else from London to Vancouver.
And don’t forget, the singer is also a damn fine actress as well as singer so being able to cry on cue is no problem for Selena. Not to mention it’s been almost a year since she and Justin broke up and after his series of scandalous and immature behavior, we’re pretty sure the much mature for her years Selena is glad to be away from that mess.
