Taylor Swift’s Childhood Home Is Sold To Local Family Who Are Fans Of The Country Superstar

.

So, it’s fitting that a local Berks County family in Pennsylvania, who are fans of the now famous singer, have bought the three story classic style home.
The lucky family just closed on the six bedroom three bath home in a $700,000 deal after the house had originally been listed for $800,000.

Local Realtor Lisa Tiger told RumorFix: “The family were thrilled to secure the home as both they and their daughters are fans of Taylor.
“It is a beautiful home and garnered a lot of interest because of the Taylor Swift connection – the study is where she wrote some songs while she also played with her brother in the playroom.
“The new owners have bought a piece of history and it is great that they are locals and fans of Taylor too.”

The house originally went on the market in July and has been completely renovated in recent times – the I Knew You Were Trouble singer and her family moved to Nashville from the house so that she could pursue her dream of a career in music.
But there is still a reminder of her presence, in what used to be her bedroom, as there is a picture of the singer clutching a guitar which she later used for a record cover.
The 23-year-old singer recently opened her $4 million Taylor Swift Education Center at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville.
