Garth Brooks opened up about his love for wife Trisha Yearwood during a Friday appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
“I never knew it could be like this, I never knew that every day you can wake up and feel like this,” Brooks says of his marriage to the country singer, whom he originally met nearly two decades before they wed.
His connection with Yearwood was immediate, and they remained friends for years.
When they both became single in the early 2000s, a romance blossomed, and they married in 2005.
“She’s the real deal,” he says.
