The reality star will cite irreconcilable differences in her divorce petition, according to TMZ.
Odom has reportedly been struggling with a crack cocaine problem over the past two years, and has refused to get help.
The NBA free agent was recently caught on camera rapping about cheating on Kardashian while allegedly high on drugs.
Kardashian and Odom wed in 2009 after a month-long courtship.
