Lamar Odom pleaded no contest to DUI on Monday, striking a deal with prosecutors and agreeing to three years of probation.
The troubled NBA player and husband of Khloe Kardashian was arrested in August after driving erratically on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles and showing “objective signs of intoxication.”
Besides probation, Odom will be required to complete an alcohol education class by next June.
He must also pay $1,814 in fees and fines.
When Odom refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test upon his arrest, he automatically had his driver’s license suspended for a year.
