In legal documents obtained by TMZ, the singer claims Timothy Sweet has been repeatedly barraging her with scary emails, letters and social media posts.
Sweet allegedly threatened to kill Swift’s family members and claimed she was his wife.
In one alarming message he reportedly wrote, “Dearest Taylor, I’ll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage. Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State.”
A judge ordered Sweet to stay 100 yards away from Swift and her family.
