Yolanda Hadid Never Requested Spousal Support From David Foster, Despite Report

Yolanda Hadid never demanded that estranged husband David Foster pay her spousal support nor was he upset by the proceedings, despite inaccurate reports.Extreme Entertainment can exclusively correct these claims. We’re told they’re not true.
Hadid and Foster separated in December of last year after five years of marriage, and in January, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star officially filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. On Tuesday, it was revealed that the former couple reached a property settlement agreement in which she will receive a lump sum as per the terms of their prenup. However, Hadid will not be receiving spousal support, nor did she really ever seek it nor was Foster ticked off about giving her money.
According to an inaccurate E! story, Hadid supposedly “requested spousal support from Foster” at the time of her divorce filing. But Extreme Entertainment is told by a rep for Hadid that the reality star simply “never asked for spousal support.” The ex-couple’s prenup specifically stated she would be awarded a one-time payment instead.
We’re further told Hadid “got everything she wanted” and “doesn’t need” spousal support from Foster, who is also happy with their divorce agreement, which was actually settled months ago. And while it’s true Foster had to file legal documents asking the judge to reject spousal support, the court papers were just a legality and not because Hadid had been seeking it.
