Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk are NOT headed for a split over the model’s supposed jealousy of Lady Gaga, despite a made-up tabloid report. Extreme Entertainment can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “false.”
Cooper will direct and co-star with Gaga in a remake of the music-themed drama, A Star Is Born, for which the two are currently rehearsing. But a so-called “source” tells Life & Style that the actor’s girlfriend is upset about him being so close to Gaga. “Although Bradley has made it clear it’s just work, Irina can’t help being jealous,” says the outlet’s dubious insider. “She’s been calling him a lot and interrupting their rehearsals.”
The tabloid’s questionable source further claims “Irina flips out” if Cooper doesn’t call her back right away, and he’s supposedly “exhausted from their late-night fighting” and is now “on the brink of breaking it off.” But Extreme Entertainment checked in with a source close to the situation, who exclusively tells us the magazine’s story is simply “false.” We’re assured Shayk isn’t jealous of her boyfriend’s working relationship with Gaga, and the tabloid’s assertion otherwise is incorrect.
Of course, Extreme Entertainment isn’t particularly surprised by the tabloid’s tall tale. We previously busted Life & Style for its ridiculous claim that Gaga was on a strictly “sushi and champagne” diet. That report was completely untrue, and the same goes for this latest one.
