New parents Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey sat down with Barbara Walters to show of their twins, Moroccan and Monroe, and to talk pregnancy and marriage in an interview airing tonight. A few quotes from the interview have been released ahead of time.
Mariah on the shock of what pregnancy does to a woman’s body:
“I don’t think I understood the enormity or the magnitude of what it really does to your body. Like it’s not just, oh you don’t look pretty and you have a bump.”
The two also banter about trust and Mariah says she trusts Nick “sometimes” and he can be the best guy in the world:
“When he’s nice, he’s the best guy in the world. You know, he’s a man, Barbara. Let’s call it what it is.”
