Tom Cruise did not have the type of big birthday bash he’s accustomed to when he turned 50 on Tuesday.
The actor had a quiet evening at his Beverly Hills home along with his teenage kids Connorand Bella, as well as a few other members of his extended family.
Cruise had originally planned to join Katie Holmes and Suri in New York City for his big day, but all that changed when Holmes filed for divorce last week.
Meanwhile, Holmes and Suri spent the day in New York City, and were spotted laughing and smiling at an ice cream parlor.
