Kate Hudson is “throwing down the gauntlet to British-born fiancé Matt Bellamy,” begins a piece from Star, which claims the actress “wants to relocate with their 14-month-old son, Bingham, from their recently purchased London home back to L.A.”
A so-called “source” for the tab claims, “She did her best to put on a brave face and make the most of her adopted hometown. But she’s miserable in London.”
The alleged insider adds, “The dreary weather has done a number on Kate; she’s lonely without her family and close friends.”
But Bellamy is supposedly “resisting” leaving London, and it’s “causing problems” for the couple.
“Matt and Kate have been arguing like crazy over the move,” notes the insider.
That’s funny, because Hudson and Bellamy have lived jointly in London and L.A. for some time now.
The actress even talked about their transatlantic life on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” last week (video below), saying, ”We just split time” between California and England.
Oops.
