Miley Cyrus is a little testy — probably because she’s on a PR campaign for her new single, “We Can’t Stop,” and she got laryngitis.

The pop star was videotaped leaving the doctor’s office Wednesday night and a photographer asked her a question she didn’t like: “Are you pregnant?”

She snapped back and said, “No, I’m f**king sick, you b*tch!”

A friend is seen on the video coming out of CVS probably picking up her medicine.
