Diana Ross’ son Evan Ross has become the newest addition to the Hunger Games film family.
The announcement read “It’s official! Please welcome Evan Ross as Messalla to the cast of @TheHungerGames: Mockingjay Parts 1&2″ via the official Hunger Games Twitter account.
The character in the book is a minor one, being the assistant to film director Cressida who follows Katniss as she tours the districts under rebellion. That book - Mockingjay – is being filmed as two separate installments of the hit franchise.
The 24-year-old has been seen out and about lately with new girlfriend Ashlee Simpson.
