Jonathan Jaxson Admits Amanda Bynes Family Didn’t Hire Him — Exclusive

Jonathan Jaxson, controversial publicist and author of Don’t You Know Who I Am Yet, is admitting that he wasn’t hired by Amanda Bynes’ parents to represent their infamous daughter, Extreme Entertainment is reporting exclusively.
The Hollywood publicist has been making statements about the troubled star, but an attorney for  her parents Lynn and Rick Bynes shot him down Friday night.

“Jonathan Jaxson does not represent the Bynes family or Amanda,”  Tamar Arminak told E!, “We are not sure why he is commenting on Amanda’s health care or representing himself as a publicist hired by her family.”
Jonathan tells Extreme Entertainment, “I don’t care what people say of me. She [Tamar] represents Amanda’s family, not Amanda. Furthermore, I never claimed to rep her parents.”
So who does Jonathan represent?
It appears he took it upon himself to represent the Nickelodeon star.
The publicist sent us the email her sent to Tamar, which clearly shows he was donating his time to help an “old friend” clear up “false stories.” He described himself as “papa bear trying to protect Amanda’s image.”
