Rapper Lil’ Scrappy is being accused of leaving scraps as a tip recently at a restaurant in South Florida, but his attorney is setting the record straight with Extreme Entertainment.
Crunk & Disorderly got an email from Lil’ Scrappy’s server
, who wrote, “I work at a restaurant in South Florida. Monday night Lil Scrappy, Bambi and two other men came to my job for dinner. They ran up an $85 bill, paid in cash, told my coworker the service was great, and tipped her $3 and change.”

We called up Scrappy’s attorney to get the real scoop. Mawuli Mel Davis tells us, “Scrappy was with a group of people — and he paid for his portion and left before the bill arrived. He thought they were leaving the tip.”
He goes on the say the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star “is very generous. He supports servers and working people and he wouldn’t try to short anybody.” He adds that Scrappy also donates book bags and school supplies to underprivileged kids.

Our advice to the reality star: If you’re the most famous person in the group — make sure a tip is given because YOU will always be blamed!
